You can view and download the history of every transaction you have made in sQuid. To do so, follow the below instructions.
1) Log in to the Reach More Parents app.
2) Browse to the Parent Portal.
3) Tap Payments. This will log you in to sQuid via a browser window.
4) Browse to the menu.
5) Tap Transactions.
6) Tap the drop-down menu and select a purse. This will display the entire transaction history of that purse, with ten transactions visible on each page. This includes purchases, refunds and top-ups.
A Catering purse is used for the purchase of school meals.
If you have selected a Catering purse, purchases may contain a description of the meal, allowing parents to see exactly what their child has eaten. This can vary, however, depending on your school's catering provider.
An Online ePayments purse is typically used for the purchase of school trips, school uniforms and clubs.
If you have selected an Online ePayments purse, the description field should specify exactly which of these items has been purchased.
7) If you wish to download this history as an excel spreadsheet, Tap Download CSV.
