Firstly, login into your Weduc account, select your name in the top right and select your
Once into your administration area, using the menu on the left search for and select Roles.
Here you will then see a screen detailing all the Roles you have set up on Weduc. Search for
and find your Parent / Carer role and select Edit Resources next to it.
On this screen, you should see a different section for each area of the Weduc system.
Towards the bottom, you will see a section labelled Payments. Simply click this to expand
and see all available permissions.
To activate payments for parents, you have 2 options available.
Allow Student Payment Accounts to be Accessible to Primary Carer(s) Only – This will allow
payments to be accessed by any parent or carer with a priority 1 in your MIS.
Allow Student Payment Accounts to be Accessible to All Carer(s) – This will allow any
parent or carer with priority 2 or lower to have access to payments.
If you wish for all Parents and Carers to have access, you must tick both boxes.
Then click Save
