Once your sQuid Payments account has been set up and integrated into ReachMoreParents, you will need to grant access to your parents to allow them to make payments via the app.
You will need to assign your parents the relevant permissions for them to access the Payments area.
You can find instructions on how to grant parent access to sQuid Payments below:
1) Log in to ReachMoreParents.
2) Click on your name in the top right hand corner.
3) Click your school name to access the admin menu.
4) Click Set Permissions for Roles under the User Management section.
5) Select the Parent/Carer role to expand it.
6) Select Payments to expand the list of available permissions.
7) To enable sQuid Payments for parents, you have two options available:
- Allow Student Payment Accounts to be Accessible to Primary Carer(s) Only (this will allow Payments to be accessed by any parent or carer listed as a 'Priority 1' contact in your MIS).
- Allow Student Payment Accounts to be Accessible to All Carer(s) (this will allow Payments to be accessed by any parent or carer listed as a 'Priority 2' contact or lower in your MIS).
If you wish for all parents and carers to have access to sQuid Payments, you must select the tick for both permissions.
8) Click the save icon.
