Due to changes in the way online transactions are handled, instigated by the FCA early in 2022, some users that had previously saved their payment card may experience an issue when they attempt to checkout. You may be presented with a screen stating "Payment Session Ended" and to contact support.
To fix this:
1. Open Weduc Payments
2. Click the 3 lines in the top right to open the Payments menu
3. Select Settings
4. Click on My Stored Payment Card
5. Click the red X to delete the saved card
6. Go back and try to checkout again
You will need to resave your card details once you have entered them during the checkout process.
