Samsung recently released an update to their Samsung Internet Browser which is the default browser on all Samsung devices upon purchase. This update can cause issues for any apps that use a Single Sign-On feature such access to sQuid Payments via the Reach More Parents app. The Single Sign-On feature will either not work at all or will stop working very quickly after use.
To rectify this, we will need to change the phone's default settings to use a different, more robust browser.
Follow the below steps to change your Samsung phone's default browser.
1) Close down the Reach More Parents app fully so it is not running in the background
2) Open the Settings menu on your phone
3) Select Apps
4) Select Default Apps
5) Tap on Browser
6) Change the selection from Samsung Internet to Google Chrome
7) Close Settings
8) Open the Reach More Parents app and attempt to access sQuid again.
