This article is intended to assist you with ordering meals via the register, the full instructions for this process can be found here.
Once you are in the register, you may wish to use the Meal Choices Filter to filter out those students who have already had their meal choice set or a school meal ordered.
Below is an explanation of the different meal manager filters in the register and what they do.
Unselected
Will display all students that do not have School Meal, Offsite or Packed Meal set. This will be indicated by the meal choice showing in White.
Action Required
Will display all students that do not have School Meal, Offsite or Packed Meal set. This will be indicated by the meal choice showing in White.
Will also display students that have School Meal set but no meal order has been placed. This will be indicated by the School Meal button showing in Red.
Confirmed
Will display all students that have a school meal order placed, but not yet paid for. This will be indicated by the School Meal button showing in Yellow.
*Please note, that if your school does not charge for meals via ReachMoreParents, either because the school charges for meals via a separate payments system or doesn't charge for meals at all, then all Confirmed orders will show as Completed.
Completed
Will display all students that have a school meal order placed and paid for. Will also display students that have Offsite or Packed Meal set. This will be indicated by the meal choice showing in Green.
