sQuid has a great feature that allows parents to make a simple Bank Transfer from their banking app to add a credit balance to their child's account. This can be used for either Catering/School Meals or to add funds ready for use with Breakfast Clubs, Trips, etc.
To start, first access Payments via your app.
Now select the 3 lines in the top right to access the menu.
Once open, select the Bank Transfer option under the Top Up heading.
Here you will be asked to select which purse you wish to add the funds to. Catering/Weduc Meal Order or general Online ePayments. Simply select which you wish to use.
Note: This next screenshot shows generic information ONLY and should not be the details used for your Bank Transfer. ALL details are entirely unique per parent and per purse so please always ensure you use the ones shown on your app, not in this guide.
You will now be presented with the details you will need to use in order to top up your account via a Bank Transfer.
From here, go to your Banking app to carry out a Bank Transfer as normal. Please always ensure you use the Reference shown here for the transfer reference and nothing else unless instructed otherwise by Weduc or sQuid directly.
Once transferred, the funds will show on your account within 4 working days. This is shown at the top of the above mentioned area of the system.
Should your transfer not appear after 4 working days have passed, please contact Weduc support via email to support@weduc.com providing the below;
1. The amount you transferred
2. Date you made the transfer
3. The reference you used for the transfer (This will be found on your bank statement).
4. The SRN on your payments account (Assistance to locate this can be found here).
