*This guide is for users with the System Administrator role only
Parents access sQuid Payments via the ReachMoreParents app, but this access is not turned on by default.
This allows schools to familiarise themselves with Squid Payments and set up Offers and Bookings ready for when their parents are provided with access.
Once a school is satisfied with what they have set up, a System Administrator can provide parents with access by following the below instructions.
1) Log in to Reach More Parents.
2) Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and click your school name to browse to the Administration Menu.
3) Browse to the Roles area under User Management
4) Click Edit Resources in the Parent / Carer role
5) Click Payments to expand and reveal the role permissions
6) To activate payments for parents, you have 2 options available.
Allow Student Payment Accounts to be Accessible to Primary Carer(s) Only – This will allow payments to be accessed by any parent or carer with a priority 1 in your MIS.
Allow Student Payment Accounts to be Accessible to All Carer(s) – This will allow any parent or carer with priority 2 or lower to have access to payments.
If you wish for all Parents and Carers to have access, you must tick both boxes.
7) Click Save
