I have forgotten my password
If you have previously logged into the app, click here to find out how to reset your password.
Not received your password reset email?
There could be a few reasons for this and there are a few questions first:
- Is this your first time logging in?
If this is your first time logging into ReachMoreParents you will need to use an Enrolment Code sent to you by your school. Resetting your password before using an Enrolment Code won't work!

- Have you used the right email address? Has it changed recently?
Your email address recognised on our app will be the one originally provided to the school. If you have recently changed your email address or not let the school know of a change, you will need to contact the school to get this updated in our system before logging in.
It may take up to 24 hours for the new email to be applied to your user.
Can log in but can't see your child's new school? Have 2 children across different schools but can only see one school?
If you can log in to the app but can't see your child's new school you will need to request an Enrolment Code from that school. You can then merge your accounts using our guide here.
Can log in but can't see all of your children in the same school?
Don't worry, we can help sort this with the school.
Please ask the school to link your account on their Management Information System to your profile and this should help. When this syncs with our systems within 24 hours the other child should appear on the app. It may take up to 24 hours for the changes to apply to your app.
