Please go to the following web address, https://connector.weduc.co.uk/ on the server it should fail to load anything and tell you there is a missing auth token but we need to check the details for the security certificate. click on the lock icon then follow through to open the certificate, it should look like this
Please look at the Issued By section, if any of these are different for you it indicates the process is being intercepted by something on your network and this address will need to be excluded from the HTTPS scanning part of your software or firewall.
The second address to check is https://weduc-connector-payloads.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com again this will fail with an error like this
