At the end of the summer term, you will have parents leaving, so it is important to remind them to withdraw the balance on their Payments account. We have created this handy set of instructions on how to do this. Please follow the instructions below or alternatively, direct your parents to this general guide on how to withdraw a balance here:
1) Open the Reach More Parents app and click on the Parent Portal.
2) Select ‘Payments’ then scroll down to view your available purses.
3) If you have multiple purses, choose the purse you would like to withdraw your balance from. Select ‘Request a balance withdrawal for this purse'.
4) Tap ‘Withdraw All'
5) Click ‘Withdraw’ at the bottom of the screen to confirm the withdrawal of the balance.
***IMPORTANT***
Please note, withdrawal requests can take up to ten working days to arrive back in a bank account.
