You might want to export a list of your users so that you can capture data for importing as a CSV message or for any other use.
1. Access the admin portal by clicking your name and selecting the cog wheel showing the name of your school.
2. Select Users/Mailboxes in the menu under User Management
3. Click the role you want to export the data from, in the example this is Parent/Carers
4. Select the Actions button at the top of the list
5. Select Export as Excel (or CSV if preferred)
