1) Once you’ve clicked on the Forms globe, click ‘Templates’ in the menu down the left.
2) Find your chosen template then click the three dots in the corner and select ‘Use Template.’
3) Click ‘Publish.’
4) Choose your ‘Submission Options’ in the publish wizard pop-up to allow users to complete the form once, multiple times or once within a given number of days.
5) Click ‘Next.’
6) In the ‘Add to Group’ box, select the group(s) who you want to be able to complete the form.
7) In the corresponding ‘Permissions’ box to the right, select ‘Can Complete.’ (IMPORTANT: Do not add ‘Can Manage’ or ‘View Result’ to a group).
8) In the ‘Add to Roles’ box, select any roles you want to be able to manage the form.
9) In the corresponding ‘Permissions’ box to the right, select ‘Can Complete,’ ‘Can Manage’ and ‘View Result.’
10) Click ‘Next.’
11) Check the preview and then click ‘Finish.’
12) Click ‘Publish.’
