This guide will help you request a refund for a cancelled trip or club.
Log in to the Reach More Parents app and browse to the Parent Portal.
Tap Payments. This will log you into sQuid via a browser window.
Now open the menu.
On here, select either Purchased Offers or My Bookings.
Find the Offer/Booking you wish to have refunded.
Click Request a Refund
Monitor my Request
To monitor the requests you have made, open the menu within Weduc Payments.
On the menu, select View Refunds & Withdrawals
From here, you can swap between Balance Withdrawals and Purchase Refunds.
Within each section, you can see the current status of the request.
Balance Withdrawals - These get sent to our finance department who will update the system accordingly once the withdrawal has been processed.
Purchase Refunds - These are controlled and either Approved or Declined by the school. If you have any queries regarding the status of these, please contact your child's school directly.
